Double Bells have to be the most challenging yet rewarding movements with the kettlebells. So many things to do, I like to stick to the basics, nothing crazy, nothing fancy, the moves that give you more bang for your buck with my busy schedule. You can get in twice the workout in half the time.
Double bells also train your body to become the same strength on each side, a lot of people have a weaker side and can't do as many reps or even as heavy a bell on their weaker side. With Double bells you have no choice but to be even, they will make you stronger, they will get your technique dialed in and make you sweat like a rented mule on a hot summers day!
Of Course before trying any of these moves please ensure you have mastered them with singles first and make sure you have been taught the proper way, I don't want to hear about any injuries !
