If you want to compete in Kettlebell Sport you must train, and train hard. You have to get stronger, better conditioned and not just for the event you are doing. We train full body when it comes to sport training, tonight we focused on shorter strength sets getting the girls some big P.R.'s with the bells and some big muscles.

SQUAT SEQUENCE 2 MIN X 2 SETS
30 sec drop squat/30 sec sumo squat/ 30 sec swing squat
As you can see there does not have to be a ton of work capacity, depending on your goals, I work with each person individually. Always looking to get their technique dialled in first and foremost then get them stronger and faster. They never disappoint, they show up, they do the work and challenge themselves week after week.
