Next Competition is not until October but we never stop training, there is always something to work on, new goals, new horizons.
Some nights are just back to the drawing board, with my broken baby toe I was restricted on what I could do, snatches were ok, clean and jerk not so good for me. I did a lot of correcting of technique tonight with some of my ladies, others, well let's just say they are born to lift ! Love my Outlaw ladies, they show up and do the work.

We set our new goals tonight and wrote them on the board, our next competition will be In Toronto in October, at the Agatsu meet where I expect big things from myself and my team.
