If you want to compete in Kettlebell Sport you must train, and train hard. You have to get stronger, better conditioned and not just for the event you are doing. We train full body when it comes to sport training. I put some of the team members through different routines on sport training night, not all are competing, some are here for the metabolic conditioning part and to get better and stronger.

2 Min warm up set switching at 1 min
8 Min set for the competitors switching hands at 4 mins

Non competitors performed the above moves one min each arm so working for 8 mins total resting as and if needed.

Tonight the ladies really worked hard they all increased their bell size and had some exceptional P.R.'s. I work with each person individually. Always looking to get their technique dialed in first and foremost then get them stronger and faster. They never disappoint, they show up, they do the work and challenge themselves week after week.
