Just over two weeks until the Ladies of the North American Outlaw Kettlebell Club take the platform. Each one has a different goal, training in a group environment can be challenging to say the least but I do my best to accommodate everyone's needs to meet their goals. Tonight we ran platforms (mock meet) and had counters so each athlete knows their numbers for Rank and goals, in relation to powerlifting it would be like hitting and picking our openers.

Tonight the ladies really worked hard and did amazing 5 & 10 Min set. Lots of P.R.'s tonight but they are always looking to get their technique mastered. They never disappoint, they show up, they do the work and challenge themselves week after week.
