Tonight's training was some fun metabolic stations, everyone is still in limbo, deciding on goals, our next competition isn't until April so we have lots of time for that training.
I decided to run some different stations tonight but let me tell you, one minute stations with a 15 second rest can kick that metabolism right where you want it to be ! Through the roof, rid that post Christmas Bloat !

And tonight we stretched, sometimes everyone is in a hurry and doesn't stretch after, my new years resolution to my team is to make sure they stretch after.
