Block 10, Wave 1 - BP @ Iron Athletics

This was the last week of my clinical affiliation and the last day I finished early enough to head north to Forest Hill and Bel Air to train at Steve's gym and go to Healthbridge Chiropractic to see Jason and get him to reorder my spine into its ideal alignment.  It has been a glorious 6 weeks of being reunited (and it feels so good!) with some old friends, both up there as well as closer to my temporary home base at Colosseum Gym in Columbia.  But heading home will not be a disaster by any means since I have a gnarly home gym outfitted with the BEST strength training equipment on the planet (guess where I got it from?) as well as an amazing gym to train at thanks to Iron Strong CrossFit.  So the thing I'll be missing most is the people - my friends going back almost a decade now.  But I know I'll be back or they';; be venturing down my way and I know where to find them and how to reach them in the interim.
