Warm up : wall sits 30sec/ bosu ball step ups 10 per/ glute bridges 25 (4 rounds)
- single leg press 3x30
- single leg stiff deads 3x20
- reverse hypers 4x20
- narrow stance leg press 4x40
- seated leg curl 3x25
