After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

Tuesday was the first day I trained my legs in nearly a month. Needless to say, this session had me walking a bit funny for quite some time. I didn't really get to go heavy on anything except the leg curls and leg extensions. The leg press felt okay, but I could definitely tell I had to keep 2-3 plates per side off, so just chose to ramp the reps up. If there is anything I want to do, it's squat, but unfortunately that is probably some time away. I'll just try to get my legs in condition the best I can via machines and some bodyweight based stuff in the meantime.
I can't even use the reverse hyper right now because of where the pad sits in my hip crease, which is really weird for me, because I have probably used a reverse hyper for the better part of 6 years now.
