Good day of training to finish off the last gym day before I deload next week.  I was feeling a little beat, but still did everything according to plan.  This is the third week in a row that I have felt like crap on Thursday.  It's not causing me to miss any of my numbers, but since I do feel noticeably less energized for training on three Thursdays in a row, it is starting to piss me off.
