Today was my first training session post-class.  I went straight from school to the Unit to do log, and then to the Y to bench and do my supplemental work.  This made for a pretty long day, but you gotta do what you gotta do to get where you wanna go and nationals is only about 3 weeks away.

2x310 - All the cleans and first reps were great, but I was a little sloppy to varying degrees on all the second reps.  I attribute this to my change of schedule with school and coming to training straight from the cadaver lab.  Pretty happy with how easy everything felt though.

10ea x 85 + doubled micro - I got these from one of Justin Harris' instagram posts from a few weeks back.  I did not like my setup for these, but I was starting to feel pretty beat and didn't feel like moving to a new location.
