Block 11, Wave 3 - OH

Since I will now have class til late on Mondays for the rest of the semester and I have multiple exams and projects every week for the rest of the semester, it looks like I will need to train on Sundays for the remainder of the semester.  Today went pretty well, but I am considering switching up my days to put my weightlifting day on Sunday and primary upper and lower during the week.  Today though I stuck with my current rotation and hit upper.
