Meets is getting closer and this is the most of I have competed in years. I'm hanging in there. Its always a good sign that your ready to compete when your just sick of training.
Today I wanted to train but not what was on the list. I went a little off the plan.
Instead I wanted to move in a athletic way. As much as my body would allow.
The off agenda:
- KB swings 1min on 2min off 4 rounds
- Single leg reverse hyper 4x20
- glute bridges 4x25
- Manual treadmill push 30 sec on 30 sec off
- plank holds 30 sec, hollow holds 30sec 6 rounds
