Comp. grip I did four sets of three with 490 lbs
The fifth set I did 6, last week I did ten, but I pulled first I capped today's so I'd have something left for accessories, I've come to hate this day in its entirety.
Accessories
Rack pulls conventional about an inch below the knee.
I did two sets of twelve with 315 lbs.
Sumo block pulls from 3-inch blocks.
I did two sets of ten with 315 lbs.
SSB three sets of three with three plates.
Overall
I felt good out of the hole, still feeling like I've never been under a bar before.
I moved my belt back up high like I used to wear it and it made me ask myself why I ever moved it in the first place. I think I lowered it trying to protect my hernia. Who the fuck knows, this game we play is so weird.
