Today I was helping my two girls Jaynie and Andrea that I'm coaching/handling at their meet in two weeks get their squat and deadlift openers in. I could not help but join in on the deadlifting as I wasn't going to be home in time to train myself. I did some work but nothing to exhausting.

That's about all the work I got in besides loading plates but that's ok with me. Two more weeks of off season and I'm back at it hard. Until then it's the minimalist approach!
