I still feel like garbage, but not quite such a stinky pile as before.  I am deliberately doing pretty much nothing that had been in my previous training recently just to give my body a rest and nothing I'm doing this week is going to be remotely heavy.  Just enough to break a sweat, get some blood flowing where it's needed, and let me clear my mind and get focused for my next block of training.

SS Yoke Bar Box Squats

2x12x135 - Yet again, good blood flow to my back and legs, but nothing in my body is remotely ready to be taxed in the manner to which I have become accustomed.

CS: Reverse Lunges/Kettlebell Curls

15ea x 25/12x25 - I added in the curls today even though it was a lower body day because my biceps were really feeling beat up.  They felt better by the time I was done with training, which was right after the second compound set.
