Feeling kinda anxious, nervous, scared and unsettled at the thought of the RPS Nationals coming in less than 8 weeks already. Less than 6 months post shoulder surgery and I'm recovering really awesome.

Also had a couple of my outlaw girls training with me, Victoria tried deadlifting for the first time, she did amazing with 156 lbs and Carri is always getting stronger every time she trains, she pulled 246 with ease again today, it won't be long and Carri will be trying her first powerlifting meet.
