I'm not sure what is worse, trying to train in the dead cold of winter with the steel freezing on your hands or the weather being so nice you want to be anywhere but inside. Either way, there must be no excuses when you have a goal, and I have a big goal, so what do I do ? I SHUT UP AND TRAIN, not a huge day but a training session none the less.
