Today was the first day I've squatted in over a month. I was giving my SI joint some rest is hopes that it would make it feel better and allow it to recover. It did to a point. I didn't have any pain while squatting, but I did feel it the next afternoon. The good thing is that it went away not too long after that. We'll see what happens come next Sunday.
