Looking at my log, I can't help but laugh. The top of the page reads the date (9/1), and I scribbled main bench in black ink. It looks as if a toddler got ahold of an ink pen and tried writing for the first time.
Warming up for bench I started getting a shitty feeling, Too many personal and training issues all coming to a head.
I end up using all the 8.5 x 11 space to write in all caps; FUCK BENCH & SQUAT & DL TOO, FUCK UM ALL. Man, I was having a fit, everything has been moving so slow. My whole do everything right approach was starting to feel like a major mistake. Crabby and pissy, I finished anyway
Comp grip bench 400 5 x 2 no fifth set cause, well cause I didn't feel like it.
Red shoulder saver pad 265 for 2 x 12
I finished up with some side shoulder raises and rear delts.
This day blew, but it's all part of the game.
