Block 10, Wave 1 - Clean/Assistance II
I could have just skipped the training I missed on Friday or tried to incorporate cleans into my event training on Saturday, but I figured since I have the time right now, I might as well make up the whole day since there is a strong chance I'll be forced to miss some training days during the semester with schedule changes and exams and presentations. I felt like I did everything well today technically, but I still felt like I was swimming through a sea of sewage. I'll take it though cause much like with plane crashes, any training day you can walk away from is a good one - unless it was a squat day, in which case crawling is perfectly acceptable.

Neutral Grip Pullups/Paused Band ER/Paused HLR
3x{11xBW/10ea x mini/10xBW} - I cut back on the pullups today because my left shoulder has been feeling a little wonky, might be time to downgrade my vertical pulls for a while.
