After having set an all-time PR on my equipped bench press with 457lbs, I'm now in off season mode getting back to some heavy training while running my gym, THIRST.

 With the schedule I have being a bit crazy right now, just going to be four days of training this particular week. Kicking Monday off with a bang and having a great foam board press was something I was incredibly pleased with. Cranked on the accessory work and got out.
