update on the back... I deadlifted pretty light yesterday and am tight but feel pretty good today. A good sign, especially since I plan to squat a little bit tomorrow.

Heaviest I've gone since I strained my pec a month or so ago. I would have liked to go heavier, but I was training alone and didn't have a spot. Probably not the worst thing to shut it down there.
