GHR these get easier every time 15/15/15 keeping the hips locked !
Sit-ups on the GHR too easy added a 35 lb plate to chest today 15/15/15
After 5 days rest and two Accupuncture treatments to right Bicep Tendon, Pec Minor, Delt, and a Rib adjustment I came back stronger than ever! Sometimes rest is best listen to your body and get great results!
