The jacobs ladder was fixed over the weekend so decided to give it a whirl as a warm up=didnt go so good lmao. Struggle city, tried to stay on for 10min, made it about 40sec couldnt breathe.

After that did TTF upper body warm up

FOR MY GROUPS. We started a new block at a 5/2/1 tempo on all main lifts (squat, bench press, deadlift, OHP) and 3-5 x12 on all accessories. Also turned up all the conditioning. Great week with groups and clients.
