Back at my squat almost everyday training. Wednesday's are my least favorite because I hate front squats.
Front squat with Camber Bar:
Bar x 5
135 x 5
225 x 3
245 x 1
275 x 1
315 x 1
After each of my singles, when I got out from under the bar it gave me a massive pain in my head. It dropped me to my knees after the 275 and the 315. After a couple minutes it would go away until the next rep. It continued into the bench as well.
Shoulder saver bench:
135 x 3
225 x 3
315 x 1
365 x 1
405 x 1
Crazy amount of pain again. Stopped there and went to work.
Not sure what is going on yet....
And fuck that Casey Williams guy! Look at the video of him being all strong and shit. You see giant sext traps. I see poor shoulder mobility
