Felt good this week. Shoulders feeling better have been taking collagen 2x daily really seems to be helping. Had some issues with no spots on bench hitting pegs.
Groups have been doing well. We are in a 4 week block of higher reps to help with packing on some muscle right after testing. Will be sharing what we did after we wrap this 4 week cycle up.
