I’m currently in meet prep for the 2016 XPC Finals at the Arnold Sports Festival on March 5th, in Columbus, Ohio. I will be competing at 132 pounds, raw with knee wraps.

I ended up having to get this training session in on Friday of New Years Day as my training partners weren't able to train on our typical Saturday. As such, my hips were still feeling a bit tight and things didn't feel quite as normal as they normally do. It's kind of crazy how much just an extra day of recovery really goes. Luckily this isn't something that should happen too frequently, and I was still able to get the work in that I needed to. Other than that, the rest of the session went really well. Still hammering away at the weak points and keeping volume high, which I'll have a few more weeks of. Still chipping away!
