Today was 315 straight weight red shoulder saver pad and worked up to 6-7 chain per side, I made it to 7 and strained a decent amount any bench with my feet on the floor I can cheat the shit out of. Swede helped me with my leg drive a few years back, mixed with my explosiveness I'm nasty.

I don't care about weight at the top; it's about learning to grind, and that's what I did.

I did a shit ton of accessory volume to make up for lack of it by working to a single.
