I felt like a billion percent death today.  I think I slept most of the day except for eating and doing a little blood flow work at the Unit.  I also slept all night.  And for dinner I ate a small pizza, a 6" sub, a small stack of pringles, a pint of ice cream, a king sized reece's big cup, and a king sized reece's fast break...and woke up almost 2 lbs lighter on Tuesday morning.  Nothing I did today was difficult except in terms of making some very sore muscles do work.

After this I did some static stretching and then called it a day.  I was so out of it that when I left the Unit, I drove off in completely the wrong direction to go home and it took me a while to realize I had absolutely no idea where I was driving to or why I was out in my truck.  Need more recovery.
