Here is what we did this morning, it's fun, it's fast and it's efficient !

SWING LADDERS 8 MINS
FIGURE 8 HOLD WITH SQUAT 2 MIN SET/ 1 MIN SET
SWING SNATCH COMBO 2 MINS
CLEAN AND JERK OR CLEAN AND PRESS
DOUBLE SWINGING ROWS/HIGHPULLS
1 min 30 sec each move x 2 rounds
DOUBLE COMPOUNDS X 5 X 2 ROUNDS
SWINGS/CLEANS/PRESS/SQUAT/SNATCH
The amazing thing about compounds is you can put whatever moves you want into the sequence, there are hundreds of different combo's, get creative give it a try and when it becomes unchallenging, up your bell size or add a few more reps.
Double bell hell finishers is how I like to end my training, put a little sweat on it !
