You know when you just want to start your day not being tired and lazy, how you can use any excuse in the book not to train at 6 a.m. Well here we have no excuses and it doesn't take much to get your metabolism going for the day with Kettlebells. Here is what we did this morning, it's fun, it's fast and it's efficient !

W/U 5 mins joint mobility

SWING LADDERS 8 MINS

FIGURE 8 HOLD WITH SQUAT 2 MIN SET/ 1 MIN SET

SWING SNATCH COMBO 2 MINS

CLEAN AND JERK OR CLEAN AND PRESS

DOUBLE SWINGING ROWS/HIGHPULLS

1 min 30 sec each move x 2 rounds

DOUBLE COMPOUNDS X 5 X 2 ROUNDS

SWINGS/CLEANS/PRESS/SQUAT/SNATCH

The amazing thing about compounds is you can put whatever moves you want into the sequence, there are hundreds of different combo's, get creative give it a try and when it becomes unchallenging, up your bell size or add a few more reps.

Double bell hell finishers is how I like to end my training, put a little sweat on it !
