Getting anxious and nervous and fighting through the pain everyday without pain meds. I am trying to train as much as I can and as I sit and wonder what will happen post surgery, I worry I will get fat. So, I need to keep moving, watch my diet and get a plan in place. Keep posted for that plan, I may just have a crazy challenge for myself but that is yet to be announced and confirmed. For now I am a few days behind on my logs here is last Friday.
