Today our powerlifting squad started their next 3 week program. Again it will be easy to follow and quick with short rest times. Again this first week we are hitting 10x8 with 1min rest on all movements. I am keeping it simple and calling these next three weeks the Basic Bitch part 2.
As far as for myself. I am bruised pretty bad and just now getting less sore. But I will take the procedure they did over open heart anyday. We meet next Tuesday with the Dr on the heart transplant and after that with the lawyers. Looking forward to both meetings. I can resume some exercise starting tomorrow. My weight is almost at 260lbs. Really would like to be 280lbs +\- before summer starts for us early June.
