Swings 2  Min ( alternating Legs)

Stations

Battling Ropes (30 sec slams, 30 holding squat while slamming)

Walk Outs of Death ( Walk out on hands, 5 pushups, walk back, 5 heart throbs, 5 squats, repeat)

Triceps ( Band Pull downs)

Rings ( Pull Ups unless you are Shannon then Pistol Pull ups & Upside down holds)

Heavy Swings

Double Bell series ( Pushup on Bell, Pull Throughs, Triceps on Bell, Deadlifts, repeat 5 reps x 2)

Double Compounds (5 Cleans, 5 Presses, 5 Squats, 5 Snatches, 5 Overhead Squats)

Laying Tricep Kickbacks

Heavy Clean & Jerk

Snatches

Swing Squats

Lat Pull Downs

Seated Double Bell Presses

And for the Finisher

2 Mins Swing Snatch Combo  (amazing technique ladies)

 

 

No Matter what the challenge, these ladies work hard everytime they show up. We will take a few weeks to get back into the serious Kettlebell sport training, see how my surgery goes and get them back to their next goal and next plan of attack.

One thing is for sure, my team never quits.
