Power Clean Off Boxes (Below Knee)

5x2x77kg - All reps were cake and I was even shuffling my feet.

Squat

2x430 - First rep was not bad, but my knees caved in a lot on the second rep.  Stupid weakass weak ass.

Oly Squats

3x10x265 - Each rep of each set was even more awful than the last.

Seated Calf Raise/Jane Fondas

3x115 - CRAAAAAAAAAMP in my left calf so I stopped, stretched, and lightened the weight.

20x90/20ea x BW - Weight was better for calves and got all my reps so I went back up.

20x115/20ea x BW - Calves were a little less ok.

16x115 - And my calf cramped up again so I stopped there.

The Jane Fondas are to focus on my glute med.  They may not be functional, but they made me sore as hell.  Both sets were 5x full range, 5x top half, 5x bottom half, 5x full range.
