Block 8, Wave 3 - SQ
The last couple days have been full of information updates about finals and final practicals coming up over the next 2 weeks. Add to that my presentation at Todd Hamer's conference at RMU this weekend and I am approaching red alert. I'm excited for the conference, I just wish I didn't have finals lurking at the corners of all my thoughts right now. We covered lasers in my Physical Agents class today and went over some compression dressings in Wound Care. I was also scrambling to finish up several online assignments I have been putting off due to being crazy busy with 2 competitions and Thanksgiving over the last 3 weeks. So today's training was brought to you by my rising blood pressure and mental stress levels. On the bright side, I do love training when the Christmas lights are decorating the garage gym (or anywhere I train for that matter!). Nick O'Brien and I started decorating the athlete's weight room at Salisbury about 4 years ago and we have carried on the tradition separately in various training locations since then.
