ME OH/BP
This is probably the last heavy day where I'll do a strict press variation for a while. The American Bar is by far the worst bar for me to use for strict pressing since it combines the awkwardness of the log with the increased range of motion of a straight bar. I was also having some problems getting/maintaining correct tightness for my starting position while I was initially working up today, but when I did it right it was MUCH easier (shocking, I know).
AmBar Strict Press
20x35
10x85
6x125
3x155
1x185
----------
0x205 - I was loose as a goose here.
1x205 - Pretty easy
0x210 - Worse setup than my miss at 205.
3x3x185
I opted to stop after missing on 210 versus continuing to be hit or miss on getting into a good starting position to press from. I know what I was doing wrong and I wasn't able to consistently or easily fix it today so there was no point in missing a bunch of singles and frying myself in hopes of making myself do it right.
Close Grip Landmine Rows

4x8x210
Dips/Neutral Grip Pullups
15xBW/9xBW
2x{10x45/9xBW}
I need to make my first set of dips a warmup set and then do 3 work sets with added weight, but on the bright side, dips felt the easiest they have felt since I added them back in.
