Physio has been going well and I am getting back to training, slowly but surely and only legs, abs and grip for now. Still no arms or lifting with my shoulder for 3 months but just because one ride is broken, the whole park doesn't have to shut down.
Weighted Calf Raises
100 Reps (This Burned)
Weighted Leg Raises
100 Reps (This too Burned)
Situps on the GHR
50/50 (I surprised myself being able to crank of 50 at a time)
Grip Strength Squeezes
25/25/25/25 (Don't want to loose all my grip strength gains, anything is better than nothing)
Belt Squats
25/25/25/25 (Nothing to crazy heavy, 4 plates was just right, like baby bears porridge)
And there you have it, 500 reps and I know I will have some DOMS after this. Resting is hard, injuries sucks, recovery sucks but it's key to keep on pushing, no matter how small or insignificant you may think it is, something is better than nothing at all.
