The girls of the North American Outlaw Kettlebell Club are back and in action. With an 8 month break everyone is eager to get back swinging, me included.
6 a.m. this morning was a perfect time to get energized and get some metabolic conditioning in. It was -36 degrees outside and kudos to the ladies for getting up and in their cold cars to drive over. I just had to get out of bed, get dressed and walk downstairs. The perks of having a home gym !
We started off slow and light until everyone got re-adjusted to proper form and technique. By the end of class we were doing doubles. We are back !!!!
