I was in LA this past weekend for the LA Fit Expo with my supplement sponsor Nubreed Nutrition. I had an amazing weekend, working the booth was fun as hell. Got meet alot of new people and see some old friends. I needed to deadlift heavy so we hit up Barbell Brigade. If you are in the LA area and you need a great gym to train at I recommend you hit up Barbell Brigade. Fully equipt gym! I had two goals and I hit one of them. I hit a big hook grip PR of 700lbs, but I missed my top weight.
