Two days worth of training here. Actually managed to get in and do squats on Friday which is great. I am not used to the new switch in my training schedule though so recovery has been tough. I am stepping up my supp game though (creatine, vitamin D, BCAA) and going to concentrate on making sure I am eating enough calories. Friday: High bar, narrow stance squats. Worked up to 175 for 4 sets of 8 reps. Tried low bar and it was aggravating my elbow a lot. Did 4 sets of chinups and 2 sets of glute-ham raises. Finished with 1.5 hrs. of jiujitsu Saturday: Got a knee to the face on Friday, haha. Perfect for Halloween. Did jiujitsu for 2.5 hrs. straight today. Really good training day but my legs are SO fatigued. I will be happy when I can get used to the difference in volume and frequency.
