Today is another grinder under the bar for squats but I had something different in mind for myself. I felt like I needed to test the waters. See where I was. Do something stupid....
I had thought about it all day a work. I wanted to squat 700 pounds raw today. So far I have felt good and my coinfidence is continueing to build. F@#k it! Lets go get it....
