This week has been nothing but relaxing and taking it easy. When we start back it will be 2 weeks as hard as we can go then 1 week of rehabbing and cardio. A lot of us are still carrying the holidays baggage with us and are trying to get in shape and get some things healed up.
I have been doing a lot of walking this week. Short brisk walks but getting out none the less. Each day I am stretching and foam rolling and doing all the stuff the expert's claim don't do anything....
So there you go, nothing fancy, nothing awesome, just rehabbing and resting....
