Today marks 6 weeks post surgery and I'm back to training, legs and abs only. My Physiotherapist wasn't too keen on me doing the squats GHR's and situps with my Dr's approval so I backed off them until I had his consent. Today I got the Dr's approval to work my legs and abs so I am back at it. While I rehab my shoulder with physiotherapy I cannot let the rest of my body go to mush but I had to wait for the go ahead, I don't want to piss off my surgeon.
I had a great session today, I finally got some sleep last night. I sure could tell on the first set of 180 Lb belt squats it had been a while but I'm back.

All this and my physio a couple times today was enough for me, feels good to be back I'm sure my legs will be sore tomorrow. It's hard watching Ken deadlift while I'm in the gym, deadlifts are my favourite and I won't be doing that for months and months still a long, long road ahead.
