I'm never really sure where the time goes during a meet prep. It feels like you blink and it's all done.
Note to self - next meet prep, don't take your time with the barbell for granted.
This prep has been a lot of 'new' for me. Using the M2 method has been a refreshing change to my training and I'm interested to see how it pays off on meet day.
The past two weeks has been taking attempts reverse band, this is to gain confidence and to feel the weight without loading the whole movement.
