Well just as I suspected, my Outlaws killed their challenge, how are you doing with yours?
To my surprise to get through Challenge 1 & 2 took the better part of an hour, minus the warm up intro part which consisted of joint mobility and 2 mins of swings to get loosened up and I was chincy on the breaks too I only had an hour to work with.

My Online Student stationed all the way over in Italy did his online challenge and hopes to finish his by December 18th just in time for a well deserved vacation. Josiah cranked the 60 Lb Kettlebell, so proud of how far this young man has come from some online coaching ! One of Josiah's goals is to compete in a Kettlebell Competition next year.
If you are attempting this challenge I would love to hear from you, I know Kayla from The Spot Athletics in Columbus Ohio is giving this challenge to her Kettlebell Classes, so amazing to see my passion carry over into other people, living, learning, passing on.
If you don't have any Kettlebells put them on your Christmas wish list or get them here at Elitefts.com
