Also I benched 315 finally and it was a little bit of a bummer. Also I hit a Funkadelic PR by saying "shit goddamn get off your ass and jam" 3x in a week so I have that going for me. Also I rate this log 3/5 for yokes and 4.5/5 for jokes.
