XPC at the Arnold and my S4 Training Experience

Why I didn't compete at the Arnold (cont.)
The pressures to compete at big meets can be very real. For pride, for people around you, for coaches, for sponsors-- but at the end of the day we have to make the decisions that are right for us.

Wk10 Day3: Prepping to peak, At the Arnold Deathlifting at S4 Compound!
Attending the Arnold this weekend and we got to meet the great customer's of EliteFTS at our annual S4 Compound raffle training session. Tons of EliteFTS team members came out and we got to train along people who have never been to EliteFTS before!
A Weekend to Remember
It really just comes down to being mindful and not making assumptions based on shit you know nothing about, that's all.
