Back and Bi's at Metroflex
Rope lat pull through 4 sets of 15 Lat pulldown 4 sets of 12 Pull ups 4 sets of 6 Seated cable row 4 sets of 8 Machine preacher curl 4 sets of 20 Standing bar curl 4 sets of 10
Triceps at Metroflex
Cable pressdown warm up 4 sets of 20 *followed by 4 sets of 12 Skullz 4 sets of 15 Plate loaded dip machine 4 sets of 12 Cable pressdown 4 sets of 12 Abs 4 sets of 25
Shoulders
DB side raise 5 sets of 15 Seated db press heavy sets of 8 *ended with 7 at 120's Standing OHP behind neck 4 sets of 12 Face pull 4 sets of 15 abs 4 sets of 12

after not pulling sumo for 4 weeks technique was definitely lacking
