Week 2 - BOB3 Prep
Death by squat volume, and always learning something new on the bench press. Loving the physical and mental growth that occurs during meet preps.
As Much Upper Body I Can Do
Maaaaaaan this is getting old! Day by day the torn bicep is getting better though.
Sunday speed/technique lower
